A friend's son was married on a beach in Florida on Memorial Day Weekend, with no guests. A local reception was held for family this weekend. This is the first cake with any type of stacking I have ever attempted. The shells were all molded white chocoalte with luster dust, as was the topper. As I was delivering the cake, the top tier slid off, and crushed some of the bottom cake! I was heartbroken, but we did manage to put "Humpty-dumpty" together again. Top tier was a vegan lemon cake with Vegan Lemo Cream Cheese Frosting, bottom was WASC with raspberry filling and BC frosting. Both were delicious!
