Three of the tiers are chocolate cake and one of them is confetti; all with buttercream filling and icing. The flags are made from a fondant/gumpaste mix and the "BREWERS" name is made from fondant. Figurines were purchased by customer from somewhere else. I am did not like how the flags turned out.
