This was for a 30th birthday. Cooler is cake and fondant. Sugar beer bottles and ice in the cooler--a real bottle of beer next to the cooler. Gecko, shells, and lime are fondant. Beach is brown sugar. Water is colored corn syrup with some pulled sugar to make foamy waves.
