I made this cake for my daughter's college graduation. She got her degree in Elementarty Education and wanted that to be her theme for her graduation cake. I had so much fun with it!! Bottom layers are WASC w/ bavarian cream filling, middle layers are strawberry w/ cream cheese filling, top layers are chocolate fudge w/ ganache filling.
