This cake was inspired by blue and white china. The bottom is covered with blue marshmallow fondant and cornelli lace. The top is white marshmallow fondant and a gumpaste bouquet of white roses, white mimosa flowers, and blue petal dusted five petal flowers. I made this for my final Wilton class - my first tiered cake! It came out almost exactly like I pictured it!
