This white cake with pink buttercream icing was easy to make. Most of the time was spent (as usual for me) making the decorations to go on it. I used one of those Just the Right Shoe brand of little collectible shoes to tie into the theme that Megan, the bride to be, had been "found" by her Prince Charming! Try as hard as I might, I could not find an affordable glass slipper for the cause. This shoe looked like one a bride might wear on her wedding day. I used a real face photo of the groom-to-be and superimposed it on a photo of my daughter's Prince Charming doll. Megan loved the decorations (photo and text were laminated) and couldn't wait for her future groom to see himself as a prince. I also hot glued magnets on the backs of the decorations so the newlyweds could enjoy them on their refrigerator for a while.
