My first double-barrel cake! Learned So very much! Also my first brush embroidery ... had a blast with this one. Top half of the cake is butter rum with eggnog white truffle filling, bottom half is gingerbread cake with white chocolate-lemon filling ... yum! Michele Foster's fondant. I'm disappointed the bow doesn't look more shimmery in the picture ... it does have a pearl finish in person. I made this cake for my dad's office party. Thanks to all you wonderful CCers for your tips on brush embroidery and tall tiers! :) TFL!
