I made a three layer classic white with buttercream and chocolate ganache filling inbetween the layers. I cut out fondant polka dots, made a modeling chocolate bow and also did a colorful pulled sugar bow to add some color on top. there is also a pulled sugar red rose on the other top side of the cake but I failed to get a picture. It was my second attempt at buttercream and fondant together.
