The bride surprised the groom with this "tacky University of Oregon-themed Hawaiian shirt" cake. Cake was carved out of a half-sheet cake and covered with white fondant. The Hawaiian design was created by using brush embroidery with green icing and topping it with O's cut out of fondant. The flip flops were also cake covered in fondant.
