I did this cake for the Cake Wrecks book tour in Boston. One of our employees didn't know what Cake Wrecks was and when I talked about it, always thought it was "Cake Rex" so we based this cake on her T-Rex idea. He traveled over three hours from Vermont to Boston. He is completely edible except for the supports.
