The bottom and top layer of this topsy-turvy cake has moist chocolate cake with raspberry preserves and ganache. The middle is moist yellow cake with raspberry and ganache as well. The sunflowers and leaves are gumpaste. I used small white leaves around the base of each cake to complete the theme.
