This Trophy cake was requested for a ribbon cutting of 30 people. More than 50 showed up and I am glad I went with my instinct. The cake is chocolate fudge on 1 layer and strawberry on the 2nd layer. The frosting is the best chocolate buttercream EVER. My husband made the icing yum yum... Thank you hubby for all of your help...
