There is no ice cream in this cake, the waffle bowl shell is home made fondant, the base is white cake and the ice cream scoops are chocolate cupcakes! Iced with vanilla butter cream icing then drizzled with home made chocolate ganache and caramel sauces and topped with star shaped sprinkles. (October, 2009)
