This is my final cake for the Wilton classes. I had so much fun! Just a wonderful teacher and a great bunch of ladies. It was a little sad knowing this was my last class. I did use one of the rolled buttercream recipes from this site, (sorry I can't remember which one) and everyone raved about how delish it was. Only problem was it was so soft I had to work in a little fondant for it to roll out. I love this cake. To think that 6 months ago I couldn't even bake a cake correctly. I owe it all to my teacher, Mary. Thanks Mary!
