This cake almost ended up in the cake disasters album. Was 103 degrees outside on day of delivery (only 8 min away), and on the way to the drop off location, my whip cream frosting started to melt, and the G (which was made of chocolate) melted completely, and the cake started to tilt. I got there and made a new G (not as pretty as my original, but you see it isn't horrible). Fixed what I could and we went for it, and propped the cake up on one side with a few sheets of paper under the stand. Customers were still happy (Thank GOD), and plan on ordering more cakes.
