This was a cake I did for my sister in laws Bridal Shower.....Its a White cake filled with cannoli filling (top tier) and a devils food cake filled with raspberry mousse (bottom tier). It was covered with fondant and decorated with white chocolate seashells, edible pearls, and sugar on top for a sand effect. I loved the way this cake turned out even though it was difficult because it was made on a rainy day (fondant hates rain/humidity!!!!)
