Here is my attempt at a turkey cake for our Canadian Thanksgiving weekend. Buttercream icing, sprinkled grated chocolate, cocoa and a little cinnamon on the top for the spice look. I didn't have any of the shape pans so I usd a square 8" and round 8" and carved it - used the corners that I cut off to shape the wings and drumsticks. Thanks for the great tutorial MrsMissey
