This wasn't for my class, but it was my first tiered cake/wedding cake/large cake. I had a buttercream issue at one point, but overall i was really happy. It was for a friend who was having a backyard wedding for her son (he asked me to make his cake). They loved it and it tasted fantastic.....all's well that ends well I guess.
