This is my first attempt at a tiered cake. The cake is Red Velvet, with Buttercream icing and Fondant bow, with roses. This cake was actually used for a person who wanted it for an Elegant gathering with a Fondant Red Ladies Jacket which was incomplete at the time of the pictures.
