This was a three-tiered western theme groom's cake. Chocolate with cinnamon mocha buttercream filling. Iced in chocolate buttercream with fondant/gumpaste cactus, wagon wheels, and fences. The "P" at the top was also fondant/gumpaste that I handpainted gold to give it a rustic look. Also did a little handpainting on the wheels and fances to "rough" them up.
