I, too, HATE square cakes! What a pain, but at least it's over. White cake with alternating strawberry and raspberry fillings and cheesecake flavored buttercream. Had to decorate this cake in a hotel room in Houston, which was a first. I'm not happy with it, but that is normal. I need to work more on making square cakes!
