My first cake, which I ended up starting the night before at around 11, due to the fact that the dog ate the first cake. All buttercream, obviously, and the cake was seriouscakes yellow cake recipe with a half cup of coconut creme Coffeemate subbed for some of the milk. It was a big hit at my Luau-themed bridal shower!
