Looks great! What did you use for the "sand"? I just did a golf cake and used Nilla wafers for the sand trap....looked similar, just curious.

One of the best sand castles I have seen. What is the topper?

I used finely crushed walnuts for the sand. The top of the sand castle is a waffle cone wrapped with fondant and painted with gold dust. The bride wanted the top to look like when you go to the beach and pick up the wet sand in your hands and dribble it into a point. Well I could not get icing to do that so I used Fondant for my interpetation, she and the groom thought it was perfect.
