The bride's colors were Teal and Gold. The cake Carrot with Cream Cheese Frosting. Shells all White Chocolate, dusted with Luster Dust. Topper Fondant and Gold Dust. They loved it!!!
I love it too!!
what is the topper suppose to be?
Looks great! What did you use for the "sand"? I just did a golf cake and used Nilla wafers for the sand trap....looked similar, just curious.
One of the best sand castles I have seen. What is the topper?
I used finely crushed walnuts for the sand. The top of the sand castle is a waffle cone wrapped with fondant and painted with gold dust. The bride wanted the top to look like when you go to the beach and pick up the wet sand in your hands and dribble it into a point. Well I could not get icing to do that so I used Fondant for my interpetation, she and the groom thought it was perfect.
Very nice job. I love it.
This is a keeper for sure. Just beautiful
Wow, very artistic!
