This was my first time working with fondant-- and my first time making MMF. I did try out the wilton stuff, and rolled it etc-- but after finding it did taste terrible as everyone says, I decided to try the MMF. Messy! But worth it. Not perfect, still have a lot of perfecting to do with corners, edges and smoothing. Was for a girlfriends bridal shower,colors to match invitations. Everyone ate the fondant at least! Only my 4th cake for someones request....really my fourth real cake period I guess.
