Customer wanted carriage cake with extra cake on the side so I decided to try my hand at the rump cake. Hood on carriage cake is not original, as it cracked so I had to improvise. They had some empty containers from strawberries so I cut a portion from it and put fondant around it to make hood. Also had cupcakes. TFL
