Here is the stuffed bell peppers cakes I just did. I had this bright idea while preparing my lunch. I had all the ingredients to make them. I did it in about 5 minutes. They were done before my food got heated. I think they look pretty good and better than the real ones. I have a picture of the two together, but can't post it here because it isn't allowed. I do think my CAKE one looks better than the real one though. Please let me know what you think. Thanks for looking!
