I wing it for pretty much all of my recipes but could probably give you a good estimate. The ghirardelli part is my preference for taste and I use this because it is awesome. Sometimes I will use Godiva too. My Icing I use about 1/2 cup water or a little more if you add more cocoa, 7 cups 6 x powder sugar ( 6x dosen't bunch nor does it get gritty and does not need sifted) 1 cup Alpine High Ratio, 4 or 5 tbl Royale Icing base, 1/2 cup or more as you want Ghirardelli unsweetned coco or sweet grounded c...
