Good luck to your friend with a school teacher's career. I hope it will bring only joy and pleasure. Becoming a school teacher is like giving all you have to the kids. I worked at school for many years (I wrote about it in my memoirs achieveessays). And I know how hard it can be sometimes to look back and analyze what could have been done in an opposite way, which students could have been taught a better way than they were.
