I made this for my friend who is getting married in March in Hilton Head. I'm in the wedding so I couldn't make her actual wedding cake so this was what I came up with for her shower. The bottom layer was almond pound cake with raspberry filling and the top was chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ganache filling. Shells and flip flops are made out of white and milk chocolate in candy molds. Crushed graham cracker crumbs and the water is gumpaste modeling glue tinted blue.
