Inspired by JIm Warren's painting "Celebrate life". Lemon sponge, milk chocolate-orange ganache, lemon jelly for water and for waterfall (royal would melt on the jelly, so you pour hot lemon+sugar syrup into dissolved gelatin and whip it until it cools down, the texture is similar to marshmellows and you can use t just like royal icing for decorating).
