My version of a cake I saw somewhere else on the web. I had some problems with the fondant on the middle layer, but otherwise it turned out good. I struggle with this on and off - anyone have any suggestions on how not to have saggy fondant? Since this cake I started buying Satin Ice instead of making marshmellow fondant because I couldn't get the consistency right and that seems to help some. I use the Wilton Decorative Icing instead of making their buttercream recipe.
