This is the first wedding cake I ever made. It was a great choice because it wasn't too difficult. The pearls on the side of the cake in between the quilting, as well as the flowers, are made with royal icing & luster dust. (The strand around the cake is fake beads) My best friend and I made it together. This is a great choice for a first wedding cake. low stress!
