I used metal cutters for the small cookies and I created a large pattern on heavy paper to cut out the large tree. After baking I let the cookies cool and then decorated with marshmallow fondant and royal icing. Next I crushed white sparkles and green colored sugar, which I used to finish the decoration. Finally, I stacked and arranged the cookies for presentation (see photo). [Final size: approx. 8"x7"]
