This was the back of the cake I made for the family. I didn't have time to decorate in the snow area. I made this with petal pans (2 different sizes) & the Wilton Stand Up House pan. I used the Buttercream Dream recipe for the first time & loved it but I made it a little too soft for the decorations & my mom thought the 3 tbsps of almond flavor was too strong. The BCD is great to work with & does crust. Next time, I would cut the flavoring & use only the 5 tbsps of milk.
