This was for a friend who loves lighthouses. I wanted to make a 3-D lighthouse for the top, but the cake had to travel a bit far, and I was afraid of a disaster! Cake is a 2 tier 8 layer cake, all buttercream. Molded candy sea critters, shells, and piers. Malted crisps for sand, and (store-bought) jellybean candy rocks.
