My students wrote Christmas stories last week, and one of them will take home this cake as a prize for writing so well. It is a two layer 7 inch square cake. The top layer is white sour cream cake and the bottom layer is chocolate sour cream cake with chocolate buttercream filling. The frosting is buttercream. I was practicing for a gift cake that I will be making for Friday except I will be making the ribbons and bow out of fondant. Any comments would be appreciated.. Happy Holiday Season!
