I had a last minute Thanksgiving cake to make to take with me to a friends house for dinner. I had no time to plan anything....so thank you rlc23 for making such a wonderful Thanksgiving cake which I tried to make the complete duplicate as wonderful as yours. Chocolate cake with, chocolate pudding filling and covered in chocolate ganache. Accents are buttercream and fondant. Turkey is chocolate fondant.
