Yellow and chocolate cake covered in fondant. face mask and chin strap is gumpaste. Actually, this is what happens when you do not support your cakes correctly. This was one of my worst failures. I was placing my fondant onto the cake when the cake slid forward. As a result the cake shrunk more than 2" and I had to cut off the bottom portion of the face mask to make it fit and I had to use the black fondant (notice wrinkles) to cover the error. Remember people "strong foundations"
