"Fish cake" sounds kind of nasty. It wasn't fish flavored! I did this for a woman at sort of the last minute (2 days notice--I've had tighter deadlines, so it wasn't that bad). She was so happy I could do it and loved the cake that she went to the farmer's market behind my bakery and bought me a giant beautiful mum plant as a tip! Fish freehanded in buttercream.
