This was a going-away cake for a co-worker who is moving to Seattle. It's chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ganache filling (yum). Mt. Rainier, the skyline, etc., are mostly fondant; some of the items are gumpaste. This was a large cake - two 9 x 13 pans side-by-side, two layers. Seattleites, you'll have to tell me what you think of a cake in your honor!!
