This has to be my wierdest order to date. This cake is for a gentleman that just recently underwent brain surgery to remove a non-cancerous tumor. His co-workers are having a get well party for him and wanted a cake in the shape of a brain. This is two 10 inch round layers and the top is a layer baked in one of my pyrex bowls. It was all carved to shape. It's covered with MMF and I used coloring for the lines. I then put some piping gel to give it that gooey look.
