I made this for my cousin's wedding. Tier sizes are 14", 11", 8", and 5". Chocolate fudge with choc mousse filling, strawberry with lemon cream cheese filling, and lemon with raspberry mousse filling. Covered in homemade fondant. Flowers are gumpaste and scrolls are fondant. I wish I'd had more time to decorate it--I was making up the design as I went along--but the bride loved it. She wanted a simple cake--nothing too busy.
