I made this cake yesterday for my sons birthday that is friday.....he was going off too football camp today for 4 days and I wanted to make a special cake. I am no expert but I think it came out nice for not having much time. :) I rolled out white fondant and smoothed it onto the cake....I didn't have time to mix the fondant to the color i wanted so i used some gel food coloring mixed with some water and painted it on. The football and numbers are fondant as well, mix and formed by hand. :)
