This is my ICES cake. I was inspired by a tapestry I have of Cuzco, Peru. I used 6", 8" 10" and 12" cake dummies with a styrofoam 4" ball cut in half. I used Wilton fondant for this. All the accents are fondant and the grass and some other details are royal icing. It was a challenge for me as I'm a hobby baker! Thanks for looking!
