I made this cake for my daughter's H.S. graduation. Our party was in the back yard and it was like 90degrees!! My fondant started melting, I used a stencil for the scroll work you see there, but it kept messing up because it was sliding off the fondant. It was a heck of an ordeal. I have another cake to do for her best friend's grad party and I am stressing as it is an outdoor party also.
