This is a chocolate hazelnut cake covered in cocoa-hazelnut frosting. The football is chocolate fudge cake covered in the same frosting, then fondant. The cake corners are decorated with colored almond bark pieces. I cut the Gator from fondant using an online photo of the logo. Hope it goes over well since the bride's family are Auburn Tiger fans! My favorite teams are the FSU Seminoles & whoever is playing the Gators - but any sacrifice for a friend! hee hee
