Can't see much from the picture, but part of my inspiration on this one was that the mother-to-be has a black lab that is her "first baby"... so the baby is holding a stuffed dog. There is also pawprint ribbon trim on the drum and the middle border looks like bones. Chocolate frosting w/fondant accents.
