I'm an EMT-I and this is the ambulance I work on in Texarkana. It's two 11X18's cut in half and stacked the fron is mad from a loaf pan. It had working headlights. Everyone loved it.

I am also a paramedic...the guys at work would flip for this cake...might have to make it, it looks GREAT
