I had 45 minutes to make a cake for a friends engagment. Luckily keep cake in the freezer, it also helped cool off the champagne. Cut a hole in the center of the cake, put the bottle in and finished decorating. Keep a lot of fondant decorations in drawers to be ready at any time.
