Thanks to Relznik and Kelly75 for the inspiration for this cake. It was for my sister's birthday. She only likes strawberry cake and cream cheese icing, so that what I did. The cake was really too moist to hold up to the weight, so there is about 25 supports inside. The icing was a nightmare to get to crust, so forget getting it smooth. I tried to make the ice bucket look old. Wine bottle is a rice crispy treat covered in fondant, handles were gumpaste, cake was 3 8" rounds.
